Show Production Questions
Everything hotels, resorts and cruise lines usually ask before booking a turnkey show.
What does turnkey show production include?
Everything needed to put a show on your stage: concept and script, choreography, music direction, costumes, scenography and props, casting of artists, rehearsals, visas, travel and accommodation. You receive a ready show and one partner responsible for it.
Can you create a new show for our venue?
Yes. Besides the ready-to-stage repertoire, To Be Organization creates original productions with custom storylines, music, costumes and scenography built for your stage, audience and brand.
Can one cast perform several different shows?
Yes. For cruise ships and resorts we prepare one versatile cast that performs four full-scale productions in rotation, for example Moonlight Show, Eastern Show, Paris Cabaret and Extreme Show, so guests see a different show every night.
Where are shows rehearsed and how do artists travel?
Shows are cast and rehearsed at our production base in Antalya, Turkey, with artist residences, rehearsal studios and in-house catering. Turkey has embassies of almost every country and direct flights worldwide, so visas and travel are arranged quickly.
Can we book only dancers, a choreographer or a show script?
Yes. Our modular services cover single artists, dancers, choreographers or show scripts for your own team. Through Rising Stars Talents you can also book performers of every category from a database of 77,000+ artists.
How is the cost of a show calculated?
There is no fixed price list. Each proposal is prepared for your request and depends on the show, cast size, contract length, location and technical needs. Send us your brief and we will come back with show options and a proposal.
Let’s Cross Borders
Tell us about your venue, dates and audience. We will come back with show options, a cast and a turnkey proposal.
