We're on the hunt for SKILLED, DYNAMIC, and ENTERTAINING musicians to join our Entertainment Crew!
Musicians are welcome to participate in either INVITED CALL or OPEN CALL auditions as they're scheduled.
For those interested in an Invited Call audition, please fill out the corresponding form, including a resume and a demo reel at the least. If chosen, we'll reach out to you (or your representative) with a specific time for your Invited Call audition. Alternatively, we might provide a range of times for an Open Call audition.
The PCL Music Team divides onboard musical roles into two categories:
House Band Musicians
We're looking for:
- Piano
- Bass
- Drums
- Guitar
- Reeds (Alto & Tenor Sax, Clarinet, Flute)
- Trumpet
- Trombone
- Percussion/Vocalists
Each House Band Musician candidate undergoes an individual audition.
Non-House Band Musicians & Groups
Opportunities include:
- Featured Soloists (Guitar/Vocals, Pan)
- Solo Piano Intermissionists
- Classical Ensembles (2-4 members)
- Sequenced Dance Duos (with backing tracks)
- Lounge/Ballroom Trios or Quartets
- Pop/Rock Party Bands (5-6 members)
Band/Group applicants are auditioned together to assess their synergy.

Online Application Process For Princess Cruise Musician Auditions

Include your CV and examples of your performance history for all roles.
For House Band roles, add at least one video (or link) showing your live performance skills and another showcasing your improvisation. Additional videos that highlight various genres and performance contexts are encouraged.
Non-House Band roles should provide a live performance video demonstrating your ability to captivate and engage audiences, focusing on the flow of your performance set.

Live Audition Guidelines - House Band:
House Band hopefuls must prepare two pieces showcasing their proficiency.
Rhythm Section (Piano, Bass, Drums, Guitar) should be ready to perform in a variety of styles pertinent to the role, including:
- Ballroom, Country, Jazz, Rock, Modern Pop, and Latin.
- Horns (Reeds, Trumpet, Trombone) must be prepared to improvise over jazz standards and other relevant genres.
All candidates should be ready to demonstrate sight-transposing skills and high-level sight reading, as shows onboard typically run with minimal rehearsal.
Priness Cruise Audition materials and backing tracks will be provided to evaluate your sight-reading capabilities.
