We represents an impressive roster of nearly 20,000 performers across different genres, hailing from every corner of the globe.

Ibrahim is a seasoned hospitality leader with over 24 years of experience driving operational excellence and guest satisfaction across leading global brands, including Hilton, ACCOR, Marriott, IHG, Ascott, and Royal Private Affairs.

Known for his strategic mindset and results-driven approach, he specializes in hotel operations, financial performance, and service excellence. He has led major pre-openings such as Hilton Madinah and EHL Madinah Swiss Hospitality, while also transforming operations across 12 Royal Palaces—achieving a 98% Guest Delight Index and significant improvements in brand ratings and profitability.

Recognized as MEA Best General Manager – ACCOR 2022, Ibrahim is committed to delivering world-class hospitality aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

One of the most defining chapters of Ibrahim’s career was overseeing operations across 12 Royal Palaces for the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. In this role, he led transformative initiatives such as implementing E-Cristal systems, enhancing food safety standards, managing the production of over 7,000 meals daily, and significantly elevating hygiene and service protocols.

These efforts resulted in a 98% Guest Delight Index, HACCP certifications, substantial ADR and RevPAR growth, and remarkable improvements in brand ratings—raising Booking.com scores from 8.5 to 9.8 and achieving a perfect 10/10 on Agoda. Ibrahim thrives in high-pressure environments that demand operational excellence, strategic thinking, and strong leadership.

Guided by a commitment to service excellence and innovation, his mission is to build hospitality operations that are efficient, profitable, and truly unforgettable—while empowering teams to deliver world-class service in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.

In addition to Ibrahim’s hospitality achievements, Ibrahim served as President of the Entertainment Council at the Chamber of Commerce, where he led initiatives to develop and strengthen the entertainment sector, contributing to industry growth and strategic alignment with national objectives aligned with Saudi Vision 20230.
